Sitaarah AI

Effective 15 September 2026

Terms of Service

Sitaarah AI is made by AYMO Ventures Inc., a Canadian company in Toronto ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the Sitaarah AI app and the service behind it. By creating a try-on, starting a trial or continuing past the welcome screen, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

We have written these in plain language on purpose. Where a sentence could be read two ways, the plainer reading is the one we mean.

1. What Sitaarah does

Sitaarah takes one full-length photo of you and a picture of an abaya, and returns a picture of you wearing it. That is the whole service. It is a way to see a garment on your own body before you buy it, from any shop, anywhere.

Sitaarah is not a shop. We do not sell abayas, we do not hold stock, and we are not a party to any purchase you make from a seller whose garment you tried on. Sellers' sites have their own terms and their own prices.

2. Our promise, and what it is not

Every try-on is made under one rule: only the outfit changes. Your face, your skin tone, your body and your shape stay as photographed. A niqab or face veil is never touched. You are never shown less covered than in your own photo. If the abaya you try on comes with its own hijab or shayla, the picture shows you wearing that one, because it is part of the outfit; if it does not, your own hair and covering stay exactly as photographed.

Every picture is checked against your own photo before you see it. If the check finds that any of those things changed, the picture is thrown away and made again, at no cost to you. If it cannot be made right after a few tries, you get no picture and are not charged for it.

The check is careful but it is automated, and it can miss things. If a picture reaches you that breaks the promise, tell us at [email protected] and we will put the credits for it back. That is our commitment. It is not a guarantee that no such picture will ever be produced.

A try-on is a picture, not a fitting. It shows how a garment might look on you. It does not measure you, and it cannot tell you how the garment will fit, drape, feel, or how its color will look in daylight. The real garment may differ from the picture. Buying decisions are yours.

3. Who can use Sitaarah

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must have read these terms and agreed to them for you.

You must use Sitaarah only with photos of yourself. Never upload a photo of another person, whether or not they have said yes, and never a photo of anyone under 16 other than yourself.

4. Your photos and your looks

Your photos are yours. Your looks are yours. We claim no ownership of either.

To make a look, you give us permission to send your photo and the garment image to our server and to the image model we use, for that render and nothing else. Both are held only for as long as it takes to make the picture, and are then gone. What we keep on our side, and for how long, is set out in full in the Privacy Policy, and that policy is part of these terms.

You may use your looks for any personal purpose: keep them, send them to friends, show them to a seller, post them. If you post one, you are responsible for what you post.

5. What you may not do

You agree not to:

If you do any of these, we can refuse renders, end your access, and delete your account, without a refund of unused credits. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to put it right; where there is a risk to someone's safety or to the service, we will not. Where the law requires it, we may also report what you did.

6. Plans, credits and free trial

Sitaarah is sold as a subscription through the App Store on iPhone and, when available, Google Play on Android. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.

Free trial. New subscribers get three days free, with 50 credits to start. If you do nothing, the plan you chose begins at the end of the three days and you are charged. To avoid the charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, from your phone's subscription settings. One trial per person.

Credits. A standard try-on costs 10 credits. The weekly plan gives you 200 credits a week and the yearly plan 100 credits a week. Weekly credits are for that week and do not carry over. Top-up packs (250, 750 or 1,500 credits) never expire while you have an account, and are used only after your weekly credits are gone. Redos that the check asks for cost nothing and are not counted. A tweak, where you tell us what to change, is a new look and costs the same as one.

Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically, weekly or yearly, until you cancel. You cancel through Apple or Google, not through us: on iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Sitaarah AI, Cancel Subscription. Canceling stops the next charge; you keep your plan until the end of the period already paid for. We never bill you anywhere except through the app store.

Refunds. Payments are taken by Apple or Google, and refunds are theirs to give under their rules. We do not have access to your payment details and cannot refund you directly. If you think you were charged wrongly, ask the store first, and tell us at [email protected] so we can help.

Price changes. If we change a price, the store tells you before your next renewal and you can cancel before it applies.

7. Your account

You can use Sitaarah without an account. If you sign in with Apple, your plan and credits follow you to a reinstall or a new phone. You are responsible for keeping your phone and your Apple account secure.

You can delete everything at any time from Me → Our promise → Delete everything. That removes your photos and looks from your phone and deletes the record we hold of you on our server. It cannot be undone, and any unused credits go with it.

Because your looks are ordinary image files on your phone, there is nothing to export from us when you leave: they are already yours. Deleting the app deletes them, so save any you want to keep first.

You may withdraw your consent to our using your photo at any time, from Me → Our promise. Withdrawing deletes your photos from your phone and stops any new look being made until you accept the promise again. Looks you already made stay until you delete them.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Sitaarah available, but we do not promise it will always be, or that every render will succeed. Renders depend on third-party services that can be slow or down. A render that fails is not charged.

We may change the app, add or remove features, or change these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Sitaarah after that is acceptance of the new terms. We may stop offering Sitaarah altogether; if we do, we will give reasonable notice and unused packs will be refunded through the store where the store permits it.

10. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of the place you live.

Subject to that: Sitaarah is provided as it is. We do not warrant that a try-on is accurate, that a garment will look or fit as pictured, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Sitaarah, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You are responsible for what you do with a look after we have made it.

If someone brings a claim against us because of a photo you uploaded that was not of you, a garment image you had no right to use, or something you did with a look in breach of these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim. This does not apply to claims caused by a defect in our own service.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as an outage at Apple, Google or our hosting provider, a network failure, or a natural disaster.

11. Intellectual property

The app, its design, its name, the Arabic mark, the copy and the code are ours or our licensors', and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the app store's rules. Nothing else is granted.

Garment images that you bring into the app belong to whoever owns them. You are responsible for having the right to use them.

Copyright complaints. Sitaarah does not publish anyone's content: a garment image you paste is fetched by your phone, used for your render, and stored only on your phone. If you own the rights in an image and believe the app is being used to infringe them, write to [email protected] with the image, where you saw it, and how we can reach you, and we will look into it and answer.

Feedback. If you send us a suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything for it. We will not name you unless you ask us to.

12. Apple

If you got Sitaarah from the App Store, Apple requires us to tell you the following. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app; that is ours. If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and consumer protection claims, and for investigating and resolving any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property. You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Any questions about the app should come to us at [email protected], not to Apple.

13. Law and disputes

If something goes wrong, write to us first. Most problems are a misunderstanding or a bug and are fixed the same day. We ask that you give us 30 days to sort it out before going further, and we will do the same.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be heard in the courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto, and you agree to that jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in your local courts where your local consumer law gives you that right. There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these terms.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term once, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your agreement with us to anyone else; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over Sitaarah, and we will tell you if we do. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Sitaarah.
